However, without using a rotary tool, it can also be done using direct laser beam emission through the adjustments of laser marking lenses and the required projections. A laser marking process over the round objects can be good, however, it will be little messy with the few adjustments. It includes :
- Every time the inside tool set up.
- fixing, and tightening of the rotary as per the round objects.
- Risk of distortions of the round objects.

Laser marking without rotary tool
For the round object laser marking without a rotary tool is also possible. However, there may be some limitations. Now, here we should fix the projection into the EZCAD software for the proportionate laser marking over the round object.
Lence focus at 300mm by 300mm lens, we can give a perfect laser marking even after autofocus range, and with the FM 430mm(lens distance from the marking surface)
With the adjustments of text creation(45mm ), we have taken a round bottle of width 60mm. So, the marking area will cover the round object with 160*. We will autofocus the top surface and the red dot pointer and start with the marking speed of 250mm/sec. However, this results in the uneven marking of fonts, but we can rectify this after the projection corrections.
