CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Advanced automatic Cypcut Control System increases the precision of the machine. It is widely applied in manufacturing industries and various small to mid-scale businesses. The whole process of laser cutting machine performs in two steps:
1.Laser Beam :
The high power generated laser beam from the source is directed onto the metal surface and is controlled by a motion controlling system, CNC (Computer Numerical System).
2. CNC :
The CNC system makes the laser cutting head to follow a specific pattern on the cutting surface. The laser beam, directed on the metal surface, is then further, either melts, burns or blown away by air or a jet of gas.
This machine is mainly suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other materials.
Fiber Machine Configuration
Fiber Laser Source
We use RAYCUS as our Fiber Laser Source. This device has several advantages such as high laser beam quality, narrow line width, simple structure, high reliability and less environment effects during usage. Its theoretical working lifetime is over 100,000 hours. It is a ideal choice for industrial cutting.
Laser Cutting Head
RAYTOOLS Laser Cutting Head uses advanced Swiss laser technology with the Automatic Focus function. The effectively avoid focal length change caused material scrapped. As the cutting head is equipped with a non-contact sensing means, the system is under control and it is possible to achieve stable Z axis floating function. Thus eliminating the direct impact on the plate of uneven cut quality with high cutting yield for cutting different thickness material. Thus, ensures the best cutting results.
Machine Body Processing
Stress relief heat treatment within 24 hours after welding 800 °C. It is then taken out and cooled naturally for many days to remove the stress. The valve body is then machined by high precision milling machine. And with rough processing, precision and other characteristics, we do anti-corrosion treatment.
Working Table
A slider is fitted to the edge of the platform, a design that helps to load the plate more easily and protect it from scratches. High stable knife worktable, reduce touch between material and worktable. Serrate platform and trim strip are very suitable for cutting metal sheets, this reduce the spatter of spark during laser cutting.
Guide Rail Drive
This Guide Rail Driving system has guide rail and grinding rack. It matches with drive system to improve cutting performance, speed and accuracy.
Fuji Servo Motor
These Servo Motors and Drivers are to improve the cutting speed and stability. X, Y axis are built with two servo motors, the moving parts of Z-axis equipped with a servo motor. Servo system ensures the possibility of realizing extreme precise positioning with the excellent dynamic response acceleration property and closed loop control method. Thus ensures the smooth mechanism.
Software
We use CYPCUT software in our Laser Machine. CYPCUT Control System is a set of excellent laser cutting control system. One software could complete the whole process from designing to processing.
Reducer motor
The rotating output flange replaces the traditional output shaft and gives it a unique power transfer solution. It has high power, small volume, large torque, high rigidity, high efficiency, low noise, low back gap and other characteristics.
Proportional Valves
These Proportional Valves through the electrical signal, control gas pressure. It is characterized by high sensitivity and small hysteresis.
Control Panel
The control panel is simple and convenient. You can choose to stand alone or you can choose to connect with the machine. There is universal wheel at the bottom of the independent control panel, which is very convenient to move. All-in-one control panel can rotate 180 to 270 degrees, save space and realize the integration of human and machine.
Cooling Water Machine
This Cooling Water Machine has intelligent and convenient refrigeration performance system with good stability and support and computer communication feature.
